Priscilia “Stix” of Sillhide – Artificed Rogue

A smuggler of the Rossa Cartel who was tasked with retrieving shipments of Liturium taken from the front lines during the Liturium War. During one such operation, a remnant of Leacianan forces discovered her, attacking with desperate fury. In the assault, both her legs were severed by Arcane Glaives. Though she survived the ordeal, she held little use to the Cartel in her state.
